He once told a client something about his business that he didn’t already know.
He successfully has room service delivered to his own bedroom.
He concludes client meetings without taking anything offline.
His wife receives Valentines cards without bullet points.
He took an entire vacation without checking emails.
He once held an entire conversation with a client using only words that exist.
A client once heard him say “I don’t know”.
Clients call him to renegotiate his rates…higher.
He is the most interesting consultant in the world.
